CACI is seeking a Business and Financial Management Analyst for a high profile role supporting a major NAVSEA ship acquisition program, based in Washington, DC. This program manages a high visibility Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case for a partner Navy. The scope of the position will require tracking commitments, obligations and expenditures, generating Purchase Requests, developing spend plans and preparing financial briefing material for the subject NAVSEA FMS Ship Building program. This project offers a 5-year contract opportunity and a significant exposure and growth opportunity for individuals joining CACI. What You’ll Get to Do:
Prepare, execute, and track financial/funding documents using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Update and maintain financial data bases
Monitor obligation and expenditure data to achieve obligations and expenditure goals.
Prepare execution and cash flow reports
Liaison with Business Financial Management (BFM) and professional support staff to ensure submitted data matches phasing and spending plans and meets program funding level objectives.
Compare financial data to financial spending plans and reconcile discrepancies in ledgers for monthly financial status reviews.
Prepare data for execution and regularly scheduled execution reviews.
Update program ledgers and Task Planning Sheets using NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)
Pull and analyze reports from SCIP, MISIL, DIFS, DSAMS, and Navy ERP to support FMS case execution
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required with Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance.
3+ years’ experience with Navy ERP
3+ years’ experience in USN financial management.
Experience with and understanding of financial database operations and functions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
Experience supporting a NAVSEA Program Office.
Experience supporting NAVSEA Ship Construction.
Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and supporting systems MISIL, SCIP COBRA, DIFS, DSAMS.
Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
