An International Sales Manager is responsible for creating new business opportunities for the organization that result in greater market share and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. The position works with Sales Management to identify and capitalize on organizational strategic goals, builds key distribution relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes distribution and service agreements and maintains extensive knowledge of market conditions.

This position interacts with Executives, Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations


The International Sales Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan that results in increased profitability and achieving assigned revenue targets.

  • Drives revenue and profitability results within the organization.
  • Leads and manages a team of account executives with the primary objective of achieving revenue targets and developing the pipeline of prospects to ensure future success.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve growth.
  • Influences organization to create new products, services and distribution channels, and adopt new processes to address market opportunities and conditions.


  • High performer who wants to further their career by working for a fast-growing international company offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of Sales leadership experience
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks under time constraints.
  • Creative, innovative and positive thinker
  • Ability to travel as needed, no more than 25% of time.


  • Insurance experience
  • Bilingual – Proficient verbal and written communication skills in a foreign language (including but not limited to Spanish, Mandarin, and/or French) a plus but not required.
