Digital and Technology Manager – (21000090)
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as Digital and Technology Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus, directly impacting on managing and integrating IT systems. This position is responsible for tier 1, tier 2 IT support across Saraya Aqaba Watermark with any immediate needs throughout the Park’s operating hours. You will be assisting with user right controls, delivering hardware support and training Colleagues where necessary.
Your Job scope includes
Supply initial IT support service and guidance for all IT related issues on site with respect to Ticketing Solution/Retail & F&B with internal business and external suppliers as required.
Be well versed in Point of Sale solution and be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on the go.
Resolve service desk calls as first point contact and allocate to tier 2 support as necessary.
Be able to create, amend and manage ticketing products as per business requirement & escalate Tier 3 calls to respective vendors for resolution as per business requirements.
Reviewing log calls and maintain accurate written records of work completed using IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager Software (TSRM).
Working towards KPI’s and the overall SLA’s governing the IT Services Team performance.
To contribute to the improvement of Help Desk services, processes and operations.
Maintains and develops the team’s internal adherence to the ITIL framework and key deliverables.
Provides support and guidance on usage of all IT equipment and software utilized within the authority.
Provides guidance to other IT team members as appropriate in providing a seamless IT service to the Business.
Maintains excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical Colleagues at all levels in the organization.

Educated to degree level in computer science ITIL & MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) MS-Dynamics qualified
CompTIA A+ (Computing Technology Industry Association)
MSCA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s
Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm
Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Windows client operating systems as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office
